Lecture and discussion by Atul Tiwari, award winning scriptwriter and author.
2nd session 3 pm to 4:30 pm
Lecture on films by Shyam Benegal, eminent filmmaker,through Video Conference.
3rd session 4:45 pm to 6:15 pm
“The categories of Indian Cinema” by MK Raghavendra,eminent author and film scholar.

“Parallel Cinema in the South” by Girish Kasaravalli, multiple national and international award winning filmmaker with 4 President’s Gold medals.
2nd session 3 pm to 4:30 pm
“Focus on Tamil Cinema”, clippings and lecture by
Professor Hariharan, former Director of LV PRASAD FILM AND TV ACADEMY and award winning filmmaker.
3rd session 4:45 pm to 6:15 pm
Dhritiman Chaterji, internationally renowned artiste in discussion with Ashoke Viswanathan on his work with Satyajit Ray, Mrinal Sen, Jane Campion and others. Film clippings as illustration.

Milind Damle, Professor of direction at FTII, Pune.An expert on the Studio system in Bombay and in the Prabhat Studio, will be in conversation with Ashoke Viswanathan on PRABHAT STUDIOS.
