Workshops
Birla Academy of Art and Culture organizes workshops for juniors and seniors every year during our summer months.
In the course of these 38 years, we have always enjoyed having children from various schools attend our summer workshops that not only keep them engaged in fun filled creative activity, but also a good way to begin their summer vacations by bonding with other children, harnessing their energy and channelising them in a positive way.
In the past we have had workshops on mask making, paper cutting, calligraphy, oil painting, Kalighat painting and last year on natural dyes and Kalamkari techniques. It always gives us great pleasure to watch these children ideate, create and explore during these sessions which turn out to be just as memorable for them as for us.
